Customers and external access should be self-requested by the person via the HiConnect registration form, which is an open page in Hiab's public website hiab.com.

If you create a request on behalf of a customer, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE PERSON'S EXPLICIT CONSENT TO DO SO. In most, if not all, countries creating requests on behalf of a person without his/her consent is not allowed by law.
