CUSTOMERS: After clicking on the yellow "Log In" button at hiconnect.hiab.com, a new page opens asking to fill in username (email address) and password. In this page, click on the small "Forgot your password" text below the red "Log In" button. In the new page that opens, insert the email address (username) and click on "Send Password Reset Email". An email containing a link to reset the password will be sent. Follow the instructions on the email.

INTERNAL USERS: HIAB personnel will need to reset password here. A link to this page is found when following the above mentioned steps, in the new page that opens.
