HiConnect is accessible through any browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc) on any device (phone, tablet, laptop or desktop).

Built as a progressive web app (PWA), on smaller screens the portal automatically adjusts its size and provides similar user experience as an app (e.g. can trigger push notifications to the user).

How to create an app icon on phones and tablets?

Simple.

1. Open Chrome or Safari and go to hiconnect.hiab.com.

2. Notice the 'Add to Home Screen' info at the bottom. Tap on the mentioned icon.

Congratulations! You have successfully added the HiConnect icon to your device's home screen.

Now you can use HiConnect just like an app!
