How to find equipment

One common question we receive after a new equipment is delivered, or a connectivity retrofit is installed, is "can you see if everything is OK with the HiConnect on equipment xyz ? "
Here's how to search for the equipment so you can browse through its details and check if everything really is ok!
Note: HiConnect access required. The FAQ page provides additional info on how to request access.2. Type part of the serial number into the search fleet account box.
3. HiConnect highlights the fleet account name where the equipment is. Select the fleet account.
4. Click/tap the magnifying glass button on the top-right corner. Type part of the serial number into the search equipment box.
5. Select that specific equipment to see it's details.
